How can I get a RMA number?
You can get a RMA number by email us to sales@gerovitaegiftshop.com, requesting the RMA number or by using the RMA request form inside the My Account (registered users only). Don't forget to place RMA for order #XXXXXXXX as the email subject. Returns will not be accepted by gerovitaegiftshop.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer’s expense.
What procedures should I follow to return a item?
Follow these basic rules:
Send us the return or exchange items in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice.
Original freight fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return freight.
We recommend that you do not order items in back order and/or out of stock, but if you did the credit ONLY will be issued if after the back order period is due without your order is fulfilled.
We apply credit back to your credit card and/or PayPal account only.
We only exchanges or refund returned merchandises if they arrived on our warehouse within 10 days of the delivered date. There will be no credit on merchandise that is returned after that period only exchanges will be made within 30 days from the date that the order was placed.
How can I Track Orders & Shipments?
You can check the status of any online order by logging into your account. When you place an order with us you will receive an order detailed e-mail that will include your order number, items and tracking number if available. Once you log into your account, you will be able to view your purchase history and check each order details.
I am outside the US continent. Can my purchase be shipped ?
Yes, we can. Before you place the order contact us to find out the shipping cost. Be advised that you will be responsible for the custom duties & taxes accordingly your country rules.
I have one item in my order and why the shipping is $8.95?
We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for any order less then $500 and/or equal or less then 6Lb. Orders weighting over 6Lb and less then $500 we charge $1.75 per pound. Orders equal or over $500 FREE Shipping.

How to place an order?
To purchase an item, click “add to cart” button, and enter a number into the quantity box, select your options. To change options for an item in your shopping cart, you will need to remove that item and add it again to your cart, this time with the right options.
When you are done shopping, click the "check out"; link or button on the shopping cart, and the check out process will start. You don’t need to register for an account, but we highly recommend it, and then provide billing and shipping address and after you review your order you will be asked to enter your payment info on our secure server. Your purchase will be authorized and you will receive a confirmation email for your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all of the shipment details. If your item is on back-order, you will be notified with the expected ship date.
What it is the Transaction Fee in the shopping cart?
All orders will have a 3.50% + $0.30 Processing Fee applied unless otherwise stated. This fee will cover the payment processing cost. It will be applied over the goods' cost.
How can I Check my order status? (Registered Customers Only)
You can check the status of any Internet order by logging into your account through the "My Account" link on the top of the pages and click on the Order Status button.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your order number and tracking number if available. Once you log into your account, you will be able to view your previous order details. For those who do not have account you will need to contact us and request your order status.
My order total is over $500.00. Why it is not shipping Free?
We give FREE Shipping when the total items amount in the cart it is equal or over $500.00 not the shopping cart total. The shopping cart total includes ( shipping, Tax and others charges).
